Jacob Degrom

            Jacob Degrom is having a spectacular season this year. He pitches for the New York Mets. He  is 5-2 with only a .71 Era. His last start against the Padres he went seven innings gave up no runs on only three hits.

            This is good for his team even though when he pitches they don’t always give him the run support. In his two losses he only gave up three runs in total.  This is exciting for the fans even though they suck.

            This run could end Jacob in the hall of fame. He has won two cy youngs for best pitcher in 2018 and 2019 and came third in 2020. He is again in the running and even got MVP chants. He got MVp chants in CITI field where his team plays and Arizona his opponent. He is also on pace for best Era since the mound was changed in 1969.
