Cleveland Indians manager Terry Francona has stepped down as manager. This is because of his health and two surgeries: a hip and toe. Bench Coach Demarlo Hale will take over.

              He was out most of last year with health issues. I don’t remember exactly but he only managed a couple games. He has been their manager since 2013 where he led them to the playoffs. He has never led them to a losing season.

              I think this will be bad for Cleveland. He is the best manager for a while for them. I don’t know what Hale has done before becoming the sort of interim manager but he will be it.
